May 2nd - A good time with the T49A's
Today we had another good time watching the T49A’s. This family of Transient Killer Whales have been within our range for a couple of days on this season, and it is always a phenomenal experience to watch them.
On today’s tour these incredible animals were travelling around Belle Chains while looking for a chance to make a hunt on a fat harbour seal or even on one of the gigantic Steller’s Sea lion who uses these islets to rest and also to avoid predators.
Check out the photos from this encounter taken by our Marine Naturalist Rodrigo Menezes, and please give us a call (250-667-5177) or book online to jump into our next adventure!
